Eligibility for refunds

We strive to provide our trainees with a comprehensive, high-quality training program. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 5 days of the purchase date.
  • The program must not have been completed.
  • Digital products, once accessed, are generally non-refundable unless stated
    otherwise.

Non-Refundable

Certain services and conditions are non-refundable, including:

  • Trainee has met (minimum once) with BCBAs®/RBTs®.
  • Completed quizzes (minimum one).
  • Custom/personalized solutions (e.g., corporate, packages, etc.)

How to request a refund

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
